So I've had my xbox one for about 5 years and I think its finally crapping out on me. I could really use some help. So whenever I'm playing a game every now and again it disconnects me for like 15 seconds just long enough to kick me from the game. But while it says I'm disconnected my phones connected to the same wifi and it's still getting internet. I honestly dont get it. And I have a headset that has a transmitter plugged into the USB ports on the xbox. Lately some nights the mic doesnt work no matter what I do. Then i plugged in earbuds and they worked. I just tried the earbuds and now they dont work but my headset does.. what the hecks going on!! Some one please help.
